The next phase of development in Rockwell College involves the development of a much-needed changing rooms’ pavilion. The need for this project has been identified by pupils and staff who experience daily the restrictions of the current provisions.

On completion, the Pavilion will comprise eight new changing rooms with shower facilities, a Fitness Suite for general use, staff changing space and equipment storage. The development will be located adjacent to the current pavilion structure, which will remain in use for storage.

Fundraising Drive:

The Rockwell College Union has been enormously supportive of this project and has been active in fundraising within the past pupil body. Parents, however, are relied upon to bring this project to completion. This project is designed in two Phases. Phase 1 encompasses six changing rooms and Phase 2 an additional two changing rooms and Fitness Suite. Rockwell College has been given a commitment by a benefactor connected to the College to match all donations made for twelve months from December 1st. This means that your donation of €1,500 will generate €3,000 towards the development, and it makes the commencement of the project within this school year a real possibility. This is an unprecedented opportunity to progress the development and ensure that your child will have the immediate benefit of this important facility.
