Congratulations to those students who have represented their counties in hurling and football over the summer months, and to those who have represented their Province in the rugby interprovinicals.  These include:  Rugby:  U.18 Munster SchoolsBen Riley, Sean O’Connor, Tommy Anglim, Bill Johnston, Alan McMahon, Willie Coffey, Rory HorganU.19 Munster: Dave O’Mahony, Brendan Quinlan.  This team was captained by Steve McMahon of last year’s SCT and also included Denis O’Connell and Sean McNulty.  The Munster U.20 team included Aidan Butler, David Johnston and James Maxwell.

Tipperary Minor footballers incude Jimmy Feehan, Stephen Quirke, Liam Casey and Tom Kirwan.  Aidan Moynihan played minor football with Cork.  Paudie Feehan, Conor Cashman and Eoghan Ryan represented Tipperary at U.15 hurling.

Congratulations and good luck to Aisling McCarthy and Jackie O’Gorman, members of the Tipperary Intermediate football team which has reached the All-Ireland final at the end of the month.

Congratulations to Andrew Duncan who represented Ireland in squash at the World Transplant Games in Durban, S.Africa, 28th July to the 4th August.  Andrew won gold.
