
From March 12th to 14th, Rockwell College became the stage for an unforgettable spectacle as Oliver Jr presented by Rockwell Music Academy Ltd, enthralled audiences with its charm and talent.
Under the adept direction of Suzanne Buttimer, the production blossomed into a delightful fusion of music, dance, and artistry. Buttimer's guidance ensured that every aspect of the show, from the brilliant sets to the exquisite costumes, captured the essence of Victorian London with authenticity and flair. 
The musical talents of the cast, skilfully directed by Buttimer, brought the beloved characters to life with sincerity and emotion. Their performances, enhanced by choreographed dance numbers, painted a vivid picture of the timeless tale of "Oliver Twist."
Prior to the show, Ben Alston, portraying Oliver, received a special message of encouragement from Mark Lester, the iconic Oliver Twist from the 1968 film. Alston, in turn, shared this heartwarming gesture with the rest of the cast, inspiring them to deliver a truly memorable show.
As the curtains rose and the melodies filled the air, "Oliver Jr" unfolded with brilliance and grace. The audience was swept away by the captivating performances, each scene leaving a lasting impression of joy and wonder. 
In the end, "Oliver Jr" stood as a testament to the talent and dedication of the entire cast and crew. Buttimer's expert direction, coupled with the musical prowess of the performers, created an enchanting theatrical experience that will be cherished for years to come.
