The boarders returned to a much-changed Residence after the Easter break with the complete overhaul of the former Cinema Rom to a bright and spacious Common Room, complete with new furniture, a pool table and table tennis table. The former Games Room was also spruced up and now functions as a TV Room. Prior to the Easter holidays, 25 boarders joined Deputy Principal Michael Doyle in revitalising the disused Garden area in the middle of the Residence building. It is hoped that some other adjustments to the common spaces will be completed over the summer months to further enhance the living space for the boarders in Residence.
